About City Seahorse, Inc.

City Seahorse, Inc. is a small Internet marketing and website design company based in Fort Worth, Texas.  We design, install and manage small business web sites.

Our business is defined by our clients and their requirements.  Since 1996 we have developed over 50 custom web sites for clients in the USA, Fiji Islands, Caribbean, Indonesia, Micronesia and the UK.

Our Clients

Our clients include specialized travel agencies, small luxury resorts, construction product manufacturers, remote SCUBA diving operations, on-line magazines, liveaboard dive boats, professional photographers (local and international stock), home remodeling contractors, promotional products, local dive shops, underwater camera retail shops, and Caribbean island governments.

We specialize in small businesses and build a long-term working relationship with our clients. We still support several of our initial clients.

Only a limited number of new clients are accepted each year. We accept only intelligent clients who understand the impact of site design and search engine optimization on sales.

Who We Are

City Seahorse, Inc., now in its 10th year, is owned and operated by Deb Fugitt. City Seahorse, Inc. encompasses our internet marketing company, photography sales and underwater photography group tour operation.

Over 25 years experience in corporate project management, database, telecommunications, programming, technical writing and project management provide a strong background for the technical side of web design.

Deb's specialty is underwater photography. We create much of the product, underwater and scenic photography on CitySeas designed websites. Our photos are used in museum displays, books, advertising, web sites, on-line catalogs and magazines.

We do most of the copywriting for the sites we design. Deb's articles are published in numerous magazines worldwide including the now defunct Skin Diver, Discover Diving, Dive Travel Magazine, Scuba Times and the current Sport Diver, Rodales Scuba Diving, Australia Sportdiving, Scuba Globe and Underwater Photography Magazines.

We are members of ASMP, the professional American Society of Media Photographers and DEMA, the Dive Equipment and Marketing Association.

Keeping up with the latest in search engine optimization techniques, eye-tracking research, statistics analysis tools and tools for key term research is a priority and a task that we attend to every day.
